Krazy K Warehouse Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to the Krazy K Warehouse sales professionals as we strive to provide the best possible. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Our refund and returns policy is good for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer refund, store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must bring your item to the warehouse located at 3210 Jefferson Blvd, Windsor. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers have 48 hours to return unopened products for a full cash value refunded by company cheque after a complete inspection of the item by our staff. After 48 hours, store credit is given on unopened items subject to inspection.
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Delivered Goods
Due to safety concerns, our installers are not allowed to remove footwear on any deliveries or installations while on the customers property. Sterile booties will be worn over our installers footwear to protect your property.
Customers are given the opportunity to inspect the unit prior to signing for delivery, in order to ensure that the item is undamaged and working properly. All items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery or pick up. Damages must be reported before signing for the itme..
We will not consider refunds or exchanges on goods that were damaged after purchase. Any damage that occurred prior to purchase, as a result of manufacturing, shipping, or store handling, will be refunded or exchanged only with a valid receipt.
Warranties
We offer extended warranties as follows:
- 2 additional years on on purchases under $500 for a cost of $129.00
- 2 additional years on purchases of $500 – $1,000 for a cost of $169.00
- 2 additional years on purchases of $1,000 – $1,500 for a cost of $199.00
- 2 additional years for purchases over $2,000 for a cost of $299.00
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at 519-944-4855.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, The original purchaser will receive the refund.
